We love our clients & respect your time! As such, we enforce a strict cancellation & tardiness policy to ensure that we can give our all to each & every client.
Communication:
Appointments can be made through our website or via direct phone call to the salon. We are no longer responding to DMs via social media. Thank you for understanding!
Arriving 15 minutes or later to scheduled appointment time will result in either a reschedule or downgrading service to reflect remaining appointment time. Your stylist reserves the right to make the final decision.
Late Policy:
Will be charged 50% of the service booked & clients who fail to show up for appointments will be banned from booking future appointments.
No Call/No Shows:
Melted Mango requires 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel salon appointments. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the originally scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked.
